Dog Services and Pack Leadership From a Dog Psychology & Behavior Expert

Hi, my name is Cole Christal, and I started Christal Canine to set people and their beloved pets up for success through education on how to communicate effectively with your canine companions. I have a psychology degree from ASU, and I am constantly staying up to date on dog behavior and psychology knowledge as researchers learn more about Canine Behavior and Training.  I previously specialized in training reactive and aggressive large breed dogs.

While working with aggressive dogs is very fulfilling, I ended up falling in love with socializing with dogs and integrating new dogs into my own pack. My obsession is with canine behavior - but more specifically pack behavior.  Each time a human or canine is added to the pack, the whole dynamic changes.  One dog that might typically be more in the middle of the pack can rise or drop in pack order the instant an individual is added or removed. I love to figure out why that is, and how I can maintain a safe and fun environment for anyone involved.

What started off as a dream to become a trainer has turned into a family including both people - and their Best Friends.  My goal is to healthily socialize canines, while providing genuine CARE to those individuals while they're in my pack.  And as always - increase the pack, thus increasing the family. I couldn't be more grateful for the position I'm in, and for the people and dogs who helped make it happen.
